Lillard’s back up is out but we’ve seen him pay off those salaries a time or 40 already this season. On this slate, though, he’s more of a low-owned left over than a priority. Grant’s the slightly better value than Simons given their comparable salaries. Josh Hart (0.83) isn’t as affordable as he was last week, but sub- salaries still keep him in play for all formats.
Golden State:
Jordan Poole will remain in the starting lineup in Curry’s spot moving forward. Poole (34.8%) leads the Dubs in usage without Curry, though Andrew Wiggins (+2%) and Klay Thompson (+1.1%) also see slight increases. Poole’s salary is the cheapest we’ll see for quite some time, so I’d hop on that bandwagon tonight and is a tougher sell, but still very playable. Wiggins would be my next stop in all formats, while the more expensive Thompson is better suited for tournaments.
Curry’s absence doesn’t do anything to improve the usage of Draymond Green, but he’s yet another Warrior that projects superb is Donte DiVIncenzo and Jonathan Kuminga should play minor roles, while Steve Kerr said after the last game that Kevon Looney will start at center again moving forward. Looney is rarely a standout option at center, however. Ty Jerome (0.83 FP/min) figures to see an elevated role as Poole’s backup, but that feels a little thin with Hardy and other punts available at the position tonight.
